| Mass rock was encountered on this project. All shots had to be covered to prevent fly rock. Local police performed a rolling road block during each blast that took place to ensure safety to any oncoming traffic. As much as 18 feet of rock had to be drilled and blasted to be able to achieve the desired grade sought by the customer. |
