Shane Martin serves as the Divisional President of Precision Blasting. Shane  is a licensed blaster with over 35 years in the drilling and blasting industry.  He has extensive experience managing drilling and blasting operations and is a strategic member of the management team.  

His responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of Precision Blasting; improving quality, efficiency and productivity; establishing policies and procedures that promote the company vision; set comprehensive goals for business growth and success;  plan and implement business strategies and plans; improving overall performance of the company to insure excellent customer service.

Jeff Cole serves as Divisional Manager and Estimator for Precision Blasting. His responsibilities include oversight and management of multiple drilling and blasting projects in GA, AL, SC, NC, TN and KY. Project types include: large site work packages; water and wastewater treatment plants; road widening and bridge reconstruction; pipeline extensions; outfall lines; airport expansions; foundations for high rise buildings, hotels, schools and hospitals; and government facilities.

Jeff has been with Precision Blasting for the past 20 years, his management experience and responsibilities also include: scheduling; coordination with customers and utility companies; project layout; shot design; DOT blast plan submittals; AGL blast plan submittals; review of seismic data and blast plan revisions; analyzing test blast data; overseeing compliance with multiple state and federal blasting regulations and project estimating.

Al Phillips handles the explosives inventory, delivery and dispatch for Precision Blasting. Al has been with Precision Blasting for the past 8 years and is a dedicated asset to the team.

His responsibilities include: ATF compliance; maintaining explosives inventory and facilities;  DOT compliance; driver and truck dispatch; materials handling and loading; jobsite delivery coordination; vendor relations; pump truck operations and maintenance; product tracking; and explosives job cost entry.
